DROWNPROOFING

A simple water survival technique that is easy for anyone to learn.
With Drownproofing it is possible to survive almost indefinitely with minimal effort.
You don't even need to know how to swim.

These underwater pictures show Drownproofing using only the arms to raise the head above water when it is necessary to take a breath. A relaxed "Drownproofer" will be comfortable taking a breath 5 or 6 times a minute.
If you have been swimming, you will need to breathe more frequently until your heart rate returns to normal.
Don't try to achieve precise timing - do what feels most comfortable.

And if anyone is still unconvinced..........
